Why Jet Claim exists
Regulation 261/2004 is clear, but airlines know most passengers give up after the first refusal. Standard replies cite “operational circumstances”, forms are hard to find and deadlines stretch until people forget. We do not forget.
How we work
Every case follows the same procedure: independent verification of the flight data, a formal claim to the airline, then the authority or the court if the reply does not come or does not hold up. We do not accept vouchers on your behalf and we do not close a case at the first offer below the legal amount.
We work with partner lawyers in Romania and the main European countries for cases that go to court. Their costs are borne by us until the money is recovered.
Transparency
- One fee, shown before you sign, deducted only from the money received.
- A detailed statement with every payment: gross amount, fee, net transferred.
- Case status by e-mail at every change.
