Simple fees, no surprises
The Jet Claim fee is 25% + VAT of the amount recovered. It is deducted once, from the money received, and covers everything, including court.

Amounts include 21% VAT. The €800, €1,600 and €2,400 examples correspond to bookings of 2, 4 and 6 passengers on a €400 route.
What the fee includes
- eligibility review and verification of flight data from independent sources;
- drafting and sending the claim to the airline, following up and negotiating;
- filing with the competent national authority where needed;
- court action through partner lawyers, including court fees, lawyers' fees and enforcement costs;
- receiving and transferring the money to your account, with a statement.
What you never pay
- case opening or review fees;
- court costs if we lose the case;
- a fee on care expenses (meals, hotel) recovered separately, if under €50;
- bank charges for a transfer in lei to a Romanian account.
If the money comes directly to you
Sometimes the airline pays the passenger directly even though we filed the claim. In that case you let us know, we issue the invoice for our fee and you pay it within 14 days.
Right of withdrawal
You can withdraw from the mandate within 14 days of signing at no cost, unless the airline has already paid the compensation in that period.
